- 1 large potato
- 300 gr green leeks
- 75 gr sorrel
- 2 tablespoons liquid cream
- 1 cube of vegetable juice
Recipe : Start by washing the green leeks and potatoes. Cut them into pieces. In a saucepan, mix the vegetables in 1 liter of water, adding the vegetable juice. Once the vegetables are softened, mix everything. Pass the preparation through a sieve or a vegetable grinder. Add the cream and serve.

- 200 gr potato peel
- 1 onion
- 500 ml of vegetable juice

- 400 ml liquid cream
- 1 thyme branch
Recipe : Peel the garlic and onion and cut them into pieces. Fry them with a little olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Then add the cauliflower you cut into pieces, pears and thyme. Fry for a few minutes before pouring out your liquid. Bring everything to a boil and cover. Once it boils, lower the heat and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes. Drop then add the cream. - 600 g cooked cooked peas (250 g dried)

- 30 to 50 cl cooking juice from separated peas (or vegetable juice)
- 10 cl thick cream or 50 g fresh butter
- Salt and pepper

- About 400 g of organic vegetable peel, cut into large pieces (onion and garlic peels, carrot and parsley peels, etc.)
- 1 to 2 cloves of garlic according to your taste (you can remove the germ)
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt, pepper
- Aromatic plants (herbes de Provence, thyme, rosemary, laurel leaves, etc.)
- You can add to your taste minced ginger, 4 spice mixes, etc.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 liters of water
Recipe : Heat a little oil in a saucepan. Add your crushed garlic cloves. Add the peels and fry for 2 minutes. Salt, pepper and add the herbs and then cover with water. Boil until reduced by half. Filter the preparation to get your liquid. To concentrate more, simmer for a few minutes on the fire. Throw the preparation in a jar and that’s it!
