Beef Ramen Noodles Stir Fry

Beef Ramen Noodles Stir Fry is a quick, budget-friendly, and delicious meal that combines tender beef, fresh vegetables, and flavorful ramen noodles. Here’s a recipe to make Beef Ramen Noodles Stir Fry:

Ingredients:

2 packages of beef-flavored ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)
1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Green onions, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, but do not add the seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir fry for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and broccoli florets. Stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return the beef to the skillet and add the cooked ramen noodles. Toss everything together.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the beef and noodles in the skillet. Stir fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.

Optional: Garnish with chopped green onions for added flavor and freshness.

Serve the Beef Ramen Noodles Stir Fry hot and enjoy!
