CLASSIC CAKE

Ingredients:
4 eggs
250g of sugar
130g butter (melted)
180g of milk
Vanilla extract
350g of flour
16g baking powder
Powdered sugar
Preparation:


1. In a bowl add the eggs, and the sugar and mix with the mixer until the sugar dissolves. Add butter, milk and mix again.
2. Gradually add vanilla essence, baking powder and flour and mix well again until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into the cake pan (26 cm – pan size) greased with flour and bake in the oven at 180°C / 360°F for 40 minutes.
4. Take the cake out of the oven, let it cool completely and decorate with powdered sugar.
