Ingredient :

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

This recipe makes 6-8 servings.

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, red onion, red and green bell peppers, cilantro, and garlic.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
