200 g of sugar (1 cup)
500 ml of heavy cream (2 cups)
1. Place the banana on a baking tray. then take to oven at 150 °C for 30 minutes.
2. Place the baked bananas in a bowl and add sugar. Beat for 3 minutes then reserve.
3. In a container, place heavy cream and beat until a slightly firm consistency is obtained.
4. Add the crushed bananas and mix thoroughly.
5. Place in a container and freeze for 8 hours.
