2 tablespoons of butter
5 garlic cloves
500g medium prawns
fresh black pepper
2 color pepper: green & red
In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, boil the pasta for 7 minutes then add a little oil and fresh herbs, then leave for another 2 minutes. Drain well.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 5 garlic cloves, grated pepper, fresh black pepper and shrimp. Continue to stir until the shrimp are pink and rolled up.
