4 salmon fillets, skin on
Salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy and browned.
Flip the salmon fillets over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
